Design and Development

Electronics Design

BCS has wide experience in designing customized electronic circuits to suit a variety of applications such as medical devices, telecommunications, instrumentation, control systems and consumer electronics. We provide a wide range of services including preliminary design, design for high volume manufacture and full-scale electronics design. Our services include the generation of schematics, PCBs and prototype generation.

Firmware Design

Firmware design involves low-level programming for embedded system applications. BCS is accomplished in designing embedded systems using the most popular chipsets from a large variety of manufacturers. We also have unique experience in advanced firmware design including programming for embedded FPGAs and low-power systems. BCS was one of the founding members of the Embedded Systems Association.

Software Design

BCS is adept at creating rich applications using popular languages such as C, Delphi, Java, PHP and Ajax for server based and stand alone systems. We are also experienced in developing cross-platform web-based applications using a variety of web technologies. We are able to fully integrate our software design with firmware, hardware and IT systems.

Industrial Design

BCS offers full industrial design services from basic concept generation to designing for high volume manufacture and production control. Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance

BCS has met the requirements for ISO9001 with SAI Global Certification Services. This registration (QEC23112) covers the Quality Management System for consulting, design, project management, prototype manufacture and rework services for customized electronic devices related to industrial, medical, defense and commercial applications.

We are also able to provide the flexibility to integrate our team into your quality system and specific regulatory requirements. This has allowed us to successfully develop products to meet standards such as ISO 13485, IEC 60601-1 and IEC 62304.
